§ 13-101. Parks designated.

The public parks of the City are hereby designated as follows:
City Park, 400 N. 2nd Street;

Willow Park, 127 W. Gilman Road;

Highland Playground, 217 Highland;

Kelly Grove Park, 320 East Gilman Road;

Woodland Gazebo, 150 Woodland;

Kenneth W. Bernard Park, 15650 Gilman Road.

The parks shall include any lake, pond, pool, stream or body of water of any nature or description whatsoever located in or upon such park.
