Article I. GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING ANIMALS |
§ 2-105. Animals prohibited in residentially zoned areas.
A.
A person wanting to own, keep, harbor or shelter any of the following in a residentially zoned area shall be required to apply for and obtain a permit as stated in Article V of this chapter:
1.
Livestock, including but not limited to cattle, horses, mules, goats, swine, and/or sheep.
B.
A person wanting to own, keep, harbor or shelter any of the following within the City limits shall be required to apply for and obtain a permit as stated in Article 9 of the conditional use permits under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lansing:
1.
Bees and/or apiaries.
