§ 2-108. Penalty.

Violation of Article I of this chapter, unless provided elsewhere within this article, shall be a municipal offense for which a mandatory court appearance is required, and upon conviction, the defendant shall be fined no less than $90.00 nor more than $500.00 per offense, plus applicable court costs.
