    Additional Requirements 9-201.11 Water Systems.
    (A) MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS and PUSHCARTS shall have a potable water system under pressure as required under § 5-101.11 & 5-103.12; and
    (B) The system shall be of sufficient capacity to furnish enough hot and cold water for food preparation, utensil cleaning, sanitizing, and handwashing as required under § 5- 103.11; and
    (C) Inlet and Outlet, Sloped to Drain.
    (1) A water tank and its inlet and outlet shall be sloped to drain.
    (2) A water tank inlet shall be positioned so that it is protected from contaminants such as waste discharge, road dust, oil, or grease.
    (D) Hose, Construction and Identification.
    A hose used for conveying DRINKING WATER from a water tank shall be:
    (1) Safe;
    (2) Durable, CORROSION-RESISTANT, and nonabsorbent;
    (3) Resistant to pitting, chipping, crazing, scratching, scoring, distortion, and decomposition;
    (4) Finished with a SMOOTH interior surface; and
    (5) Clearly and durably identified as to its use if not permanently attached.
    (E) All water distribution pipes or tubing shall be constructed and installed in accordance with the requirements of these regulations.
    9-202.11 Sewage Systems.
    (A) If liquid waste results from operation of a MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS or PUSHCART, the waste shall be stored in a permanently installed retention tank that is sized according to§ 5-401.11; and
    (B) Liquid waste resulting form the operation of a MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS or PUSHCART shall be conveyed and discharged as required under 5-402.13 & 5-402.14; and
    (C) All connections on the vehicle for servicing MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS or PUSHCARTS waste disposal facilities shall be of a different size or type than those used for supplying potable water to the mobile food establishment as required under § 5-401.11(B); and
    (D) The waste connection shall be located lower than the water inlet connection to preclude contamination of the potable water system as required under § 5-301.15(B).
    9-203.11 Commissary.
    (A) PUSHCARTS that are required to operate from a COMMISSARY shall report at least daily to such location for supplies and for cleaning and servicing operations.
    (B) The commissary used as a base of operation for PUSHCARTS shall be constructed and operated in compliance with the requirements of these regulations.
    9-204.11 Equipment.
    (A) MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS and PUSHCARTS when required shall have a handwashing sink as specified under § 5-203.11.
    (B) WAREWASHING sinks shall meet the requirements specified under § 4-301.12.
    (1) MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS WAREWASHING sinks shall be in the unit.
    (2) PUSHCART WAREWASHING sinks shall be located;
    (i) In a properly constructed and operated COMMISSARY; or
    (ii) On the PUSHCART.
    (C) All MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS and PUSHCARTS shall have all EQUIPMENT necessary for the operation intended.
    9-205.10 Additional Requirements.
